TO-ASEAN Business Days 2019

How to participate


The participation to TO-ASEAN 2019 is free of charge.

The event is specifically dedicated to those companies willing to expand their business in the ASEAN Region.

Through their participation, companies can get in contact with potential buyers and service providers.

Please find here under some basic information about the Conference, the Parallel Afternoon Sessions and the B2B Session (i.e. timing, deadlines, terms and conditions).


1. Free registration | Deadline: 16th June 2019

You can register to the event until the 4th June 2019.

From registration to the event, there will be regular e-mail updates explaining what you need to do next.

You can register as:

  • SPEAKER: reserved to attending speakers;
  • BUYER: reserved to ASEAN companies;
  • PARTICIPANT CONFERENCE: for those interested in attending only the Plenary Conference;
  • PARTICIPANT B2B: for those interested in attending only the B2B Session;
  • PARTICIPANT CONFERENCE & B2B: for those interested in attending either the Plenary Conference and the B2B Session.


2. Get your profile approved | Until 16th June 2019

Once reviewed, the organizers approve the participant profiles.

To get your profile approved, please properly fill all the required fields in english.

If you registered only to the Conference, your registration process ends here.

If you intend to register to the B2B Session as well, please carefully read the following guidelines.


3. Update your profile with a business offer/request | Until 12th June 2019

If you registered for the B2B Session, describe your activity/product in English.

Once you get your profile approved, please login and update it with a detailed business offer/request.

Log in to your account, enter the "My profile" page and click on "Product".

Here you can describe the products you are offering/requiring, add a picture and indicate the kind of partnership you are looking for.

Make it clear and concise: a good profile will significantly generate more meetings.


4. Request meetings | From 1st to 12th June 2019

During this phase, you will have the chance to send meeting requests to other registered participants.

If you are a buyer you can request meetings with other participants.

If you are a speaker you can receive meeting requests from other participants.

If you are a participant B2B you can request meetings with speakers and receive meeting requests from buyers.

To send meeting requests is quick and easy: log in to your private account, search the participant you want to meet with, select the counterpart and click on "Send request".

By adding a meaningful remark about the meeting request, you will increase the chance to be accepted.

Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.


5. Accept meetings | Until 12th June 2019

During this phase all the participants will accept or decline the meeting requests received.

Have a look at the "Meetings" page of your private account or check your in-mail box where you will receive e-mail alerts as soon as someone send you a meeting request.

Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.


6. Get your B2B agenda | 14th June 2019

The 14th June 2019 you will receive an e-mail with your detailed B2B meetings schedule.

You can also check your meeting agenda on-line or via the b2match app.
